Well i want to know how much time it gonna be this way. I realy enjoy the new roles system but how should we deal with guys like this . Can`t riot make some suspending system on guys like him

There could be multiple reasons that could have happened.

they cant play anything else other than riven top, and so they will insist on it simply because they could care less about anyone elses opinions.
they could have thought they were top, and did not read their actual role.
they could be a bot or something.

Im sure theres other reasons too but yeah. Looks like a classic 1 trick pony to me.
