Now don't get me wrong, my first permaban I just accepted it and moved on, I made another account.

I was toxic I got one or two chat restrictions, then straight to the 2 week ban or however long.

And I was toxic a little today, and I ended up with a permaban. Can I get a refund.. I just spent money today and got Aurelion Sol. My first account spent around 150$ I spent maybe 60-80$ on this new account already.

Such bull, honestly let people salt, mute me if it's a problem. I had a bad day and it's so stupid..

The system is actually more aggressive below level 30- it takes far fewer games to be noticed by the system. The idea is to put a damper on the people that get banned and come back just to be toxic- obviously it's not 100% effective, but it clearly is doing something.

You'd think you'd have learned to not be toxic from the first one. You aren't banned for one game or one day, you're banned from getting reported in a very large % of your games, over a medium period of time.

It's actually a feature of the system that toxic players get banned before they hit 30. They expect you to be reformed when you make a new account.

It wasn't quick at all. They gave you 2 chat restrictions and then a 14 day ban. That's the same amount of strikes that every person gets. Seriously, please read the terms of use and understand the punishment system before you make yourself look like an idiot. They spell it out in very simple terms that the vast majority of the player base never has a problem with.

...it's not very smart of you to spend money on a game when you lost one account, and kept getting punished on the second account without fixing the problem. riot doesn't refund so zero chance of that happening by the way.

you can want it, but you won't get it. you can quit for good, or come back and make a new account. if you choose the second option, you have to change or the same thing will happen. that's all there is to this really.

Read the Terms and Conditions. Riot has the right to ban you for ANY reason if they wanted to and all property on your account,heck,even the account itself is Riot's. Sure they won't just take it from you but it's more like they're lending the account to you until you get banned

Why would they give you a "refund" when there's nothing that you owned in the first place? It's their money, not yours. The moment you agreed to give it to them for champions/skins/whatever, it became their money. If you got banned, that's entirely your own fault.

Makes sense but, if you're playing a game that relies on teamwork, communication is important. It only takes one person acting a fool to break up the communication that could make or break important plays. Personally I miss the times when games were just for fun and you didn't have to form a committee to protect the feels. Just gotta adapt to the times I guess.

i hope you are joking. if not, then you should spend a really long time looking at every line, looking up what it means and seeing if it's positive or negative. learn the degree of how bad it is and you might start to understand why you got punished for this.

If anything, investing in your account should make you be more careful with what you do with it.

I don't get it. If having those chat restriction and short-term ban isn't enough to serve as a warning for you to control yourself from breaking the terms you agreed to, then chances are this game isn't for you and you should stay away from it. I don't get why you'd want to recover an account of a game that you cannot play. Just find another game that you feel more comfortable with; your life's too short to be wasting it here.
