So last game i played i found an afk player with a premade that told us to not remake, i tryed to remake but it didn't work but that is not the point. After the game that we lost he added me and told to me that they would have got to me and killed me within 4 days so what should i do because he named an italian mafia who is very dangerous and i am pretty scared... there is something i can do?

In a practical perspective it would make no business sense, and the person who added you is unlikely to have any actual influence in the organization, because successful members of an organization will not have time to waste playing a game like league of legends.
Additionally, they should have absolutely no means of finding you unless you expressly gave them information about yourself such as country and city of origin or other such things.
If you'd like to take steps to protect yourself though, I recommend going through your social media profiles and removing/making private any public posts or information that could lead them to find your summoner name and associate it with your real name.

The difficulty in finding a single person's physical location through a game of League, the lack of business sense, the fact that important players don't make threats and barking underlings don't have enough pull are all enough real comfort.
Even if you trolled a 4 man premade of La Familia's most impulsive squad, it's not important enough to kill someone over.

Many people make threats like this in League and they’re probably just pulling your leg - but you know best what the situation was, and if you are concerned for your safety you should contact your appropriate local authorities.

Beas7ie1 votesHe can name names all he wants. I can say "I'm gonna send Slade Wilson AKA Deathstroke after you" That doesn't mean he actually has the connections to get the to do his bidding. Especially if that bidding is going after someone who tried to do a remake on a silly video game.
As for the threat, you should definitely report it to player support. Get a screenshot of the message and if you absolutely feel that for some reason he really DOES want to harm you, then you can also get the police involved.
I remember a couple of years ago someone was actually given jail time for threats they made during games of League
