Instant Feedback Report has to give more info

I recently get instant feedback reports for reporting some flamers or people feeding ect.But most of us don't remember who we reported or what ban did someone get,so I think Instant feedback report should include; The player who got punished and what punish/ban he got ect.Even though we get glad when we get this message,we don't really remember(most times)who we reported or so.I think riot should consider updating i.f.r(instant feedback report)
