why the hell does riot hate some people and love others?

i'll leave a game because my computer will freeze but i rejoin. never have i ever legitimately left a game on purpose without a real reason but riot gives me lower priority queues. as for some of my other friends, they'll leave all the time and they havent even gotten the first lower priority queue of waiting for 5 minutes. what the hell is with this comparison? then there's the fact that after i wait my 20 freaking minutes, it tells me i cant find an active game and leaves me in the queue for another 10 minutes without ever finding one. i'll leave, thinking its a connection problem but no, riot has to make me restart the queue timer, only to not let me find "an active game." now i've waited for a total of an hour to try and play one game but it wont let me
