Chat restriction system unbalanced

Hi summoners. I am a player from EUW and I recently got chat ban. Since it's not the first nor the second time I got banned, I know exactly what will get me into these situations and what I shall not do. Funny enough I got banned in a game where while I was talking to my support premade, our teammates start to participate in this none-of-their-business conversation and got me really tilted. I muted all of them and I commuted with pings only, and after the game I found out I have 10 game chat ban. Just because the fact that I told them to shut up and mind your own business and pinging getting me into a chat ban is truly absurd to me. I think maybe it's time for riot to have a better report system since the current one is really broken

Or just mute before saying "shut up and mind your own business" which I'm sure isn't what you said in chat to earn a nice chat restriction. The chat/ban feature is fine where it's at, you might not be.

Can you post your FULL, EDITED, and ALL games on that report card to back up your claim?

You were talking in a public place. It doesn't matter what you think is their business or not, they have to deal with it. If you want to have a private conversation, use private whispers, or use voice chat.
