Queue System and Trolls

Riot,

I find the queue system with queue for preferred positions a great idea, however some do not care about it and queue support to get into a lobby faster but decide to go mid or another position, there needs to be a system to reprimand those players who often ruin the game for others straight from champ select, it happens a lot for me personally.
