Toxic Bans Team Carry

My bot lane was carrying the game (awesome gj team right?) Wrong! team jungler not satisfied with performance decides to be a "hero chat warrior" falsely accusing my carrying bot of toxicity and due to poor performance of the jungler it can be viewed as believable. at the end of game they all reported bot (support). he received a ban of 2 weeks and the chat long sent to him had no such toxicity as the likes of the jungler. but because they jungler got the enemies to believe him he was not banned or even believed for being toxic. im waiting to here back from riot because this is absolutely absurd of them. I feel like they don't even take the time to view report just simply see how many report you actually get from team and enemies. If this truly is the case you can all report someone for anything they say in game so long as you have the enemy team to back you up. Im truly disappointed in riot for doing something like this without substantial, even subtle grounds of this ban. Show me some equity not equality that's whats wrong with this game amongst several other things...
