If I had to guess it was the constant complaining about your teammates throughout the entire games and calling them trolls. Definitely annoying to have to see all game long when that time would have been better spent actually playing the game itself.

Advice: If dealing with a troll don't feed them, and if a poor performer if they aren't receptive to your [respectful] advice then just drop it and move on.

Normally this would only earn a chat restriction at most, but coming off a 14-day ban is why it earned a permanent ban. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Plus since you previously had a 14 day ban you shoulda just used the MUTE button and not risk anything

honestly doesn't seem permabannable, you're just asking for people do heal in game and such, never lash out at people, and mute those who harass you and kindly ask them to "stop abusing"

idk, you show composure not toxicity in these logs. send a ticket with them asking for a player support specialist

Lots of words by itself isn't punishable, but at least to me your behavior towards Cait is negative (lots of "why didn't you heal me" in many forms for example). Next time you might want to say it once maybe, and if that heal doesn't come the next time, it is time to mute and focus to these wise words by Jacky Bryant: "Less talk, more action!" (Okay, it might originally be from someone else's mouth, but that is the source for me:)

Anyways; Talk less. Play more. Less chance for punishment that way and you win more as a bonus. Edit; Ah, perma banned. Well, if you start a new account, you might want to remember that guideline.
