Does the "value" of my report matter if I reported someone for calling me n*****?
I didn't get any notification and I am actually pretty salty about this. Why have I not been notified if this is supposedly zero tolerance?

You don't always get a message when a punishment goes through. It likely did -- Riot does crack down very hard on that.
They dont care about simple insults like that one. People who threatend to kill me or my family still play to this Day.
They removed the report weight system if that's what you're talking about with "value".
