banned and idk why?

so it does not say why i was banned in my email like it says when i try to log in....... i literally just played a game,, didn't say a single word... wasn't doing bad....... didn't afk........ when my team won the match i pressed continue to go back to the lobby. the game never came back up so i reloaded the game.... when i went to log on it said i was banned... i know i have had a couple of afk or being in and out of the game because of my internet connection but i fixed it about a week ago and haven't had a problem since...... i leave for work on Friday for about a month and a half and wont be able to play until after so i was hoping to get a couple games in tonight.... any way i can get a reason why my most recent game banned me?
