Perma banned for a single insult while being the one that was insulted all game

Hello, i played many many games today with my friends, but yesterday i played a ranked game in which i was galio jungle cause the enemy team took 4 ap champions. I started doing the jungle camo alone because Zed our top laner was afk so i struggled to do the camps on my own and lost valuable time. As the game went on i was behind their jungler, zed was insulting me aswell as other teamates threatning to report me because i did not gank early, for obvious reasons. I got insulted much much more than i insulted anyone, i wrote a single insult at the end of the game that wasnt pointed at anyone but just a vent. I deserve a suspension, or even better a mute because of my foul language, but a perma ban while i was attacked? You got frustrated by your teammates behaving unfairly, being afk and blaming/threatening you. And typed one innocent insult in the end in order to vent out your frustration? You had a valid natural human reaction to something bad that has happened to you in game? How dare you.. you are a monster. You are the most baddest toxic man alive.

Jokes aside, it's really weird to have someone being perma banned for something like this, even banned in the first place. I would suggest to have this case manually checked and provide a proper punishment, if there is a punishment to give for this in the first place. Aren't people supposed to get muted for typing something offensive, rather than perma banned? I checked stats it doesn't seem like this player was inting or feeding either.

I remember a time when the tribunal could vote on cases like these. Definitely not perma ban worthy. You just hit the system's check mark for taking action by saying "brain damaged".

Not perma ban worthy. I mean every single day people are way more rude and mean, saying swear words, or target cursing. Making fun of new players and threatening them to report them for not meeting their expectations. But he said “brain damaged” and has a perma ban? Okay but what about all those people? Who is perma banning them for their behavior?

Their actions are irrelevant, your actions are the only ones that matter for your punishment. Given you were permad, this is not your first rodeo.

If this is a permaban then 99% of the player base should receive a permaban including myself even though I've never even received a chat restriction in 7 years of playing. This is also why I actively participated in the old tribunal system.

it's obvious that you've been banned before for breaking the rules, and after being warned after your 14 day ban that anything else you do will get you a perm ban, you refused to reform and thus were perm banned for breaking the rules. xD

the system didn't do it s work rito needs to fix that it happens a lot you don't even need to swear if 9 people report you in one you are banned and that's it can someone explain how can perma banned if you say one swear word I have played lige for 8 years and have seen so many notes on bords like this

Really disgusting to see what's become of the report system in League. A billion dollar company and the blitzcrank bot is the best they could come up with? Lol, guess having money really is useless sometimes

Tribunal needs to be brought back. It's such a joke how the people who have run down lane mid 40x in single games consistently still get to continue trolling further games with the same method because they simply said. "Sorry bad game" so that riots system doesn't pick them up as "inting."

Same goes for people who are PURPOSELY baiting out others to see if they can get a toxic response and then reporting the person they literally trolled all game to the point of them not being able to enjoy the game they are in. However because of the way some of these people set out to troll, they are not picked up even when a report is sent in to the system.

Our current report system is a joke. I literally had someone tell me to KMS because I didn't want to give them my lane that I queued for and was ASSIGNED. This person then went to my lane and sat at my tower the first 7mins of a game and proceeded to mock me. Are they still playing? Yes. Did they get any form of a punishment? Not that I can see. They have queued up every day. They literally put a space in between how they typed something to me and instead of the system still flagging and banning them "because KYS IS bannable with no tolerance according to rito" they got around the filter and have enjoyed prolly displaying the same behavior towards others.

These type of people know how to play the system and continue to this day to promote toxicity. When tribunal existed we had about half the toxic behavior we have now but at least players were able to deal with the issues right then and there. Now tickets can rot for days in queue just to have no form of action taken except a bot tell you "checking into query blah blah but you won't know the result of the investigation."

second of all, you got permabanned, meaning that you got banned 2 weeks prior to this punishment Didn't you understand that you should have been banned the first time , and riot gave you a last chance ? Was insulting that person worth your account ?

Wow... I'm kind of new to this game and It's scary to think you can get perma banned for something like this. Iv'e already spent like 50 Dollars on this game it would suck to get perma banned for defending myself or biting back at against someone else who is being toxic. I never start any kind of conflicts in chat because I understand some people simply just are not that good or are having an off game, but if someone comes at me I WILL respond. To be perma banned for not even cursing though is crazy imo. If someone says something rude muting them is an option.
