Better to AFK or keep playing?

Sometimes in a game my keyboard will disconnect. If I want to reconnect my keyboard it will take at least one hour, by which the game would have been finished. Would it be better for me to just AFK and take the leaver or play with just my mouse just so I don't get banned?

Take the leaver its not your fault or just get a better keyboard.

But if I just kept playing with my mouse it would mean I get no bans and both choices will result in a loss anyways.
