Perma Ban...

Hey guys,

well today I got perma banned for being toxic. The thing is that I understand why I got a punishment (called some people %%%gots), but I dont understand why I got a Perma ban instantly. I`ve never got banned before and therefore I think its a bit harsh to ban a account for just one game. I play lol for more than 4 years and I invested around 600 bucks into it. And all of this gone just because of one game out of 2 thousand?

Is this norma, and do I have a chance to get my account back?

That would be because hate speech is instantly bannable the first time.

No, you are not going to get your account back - instabans that skip the normal system are handed out by a riot employee putting their hands on the keyboard and doing it manually. Riot only reverses bans that were handed out in error.

Do better on your next account.

nah dont worry dude u wont get that account back league is full of babys that cant handle anythig and cry and report and then the league system is garbage my suggestion switch game with all this bullshitt noncence alot of people have been going back to dota 2 insted of league just permabanninf u from chating they decide to steal your money and permaban the account

The only way to get your account back is to make an appeal to riot support. "I play lol for more than 4 years and I invested around 600 bucks into it" is irrelevant to your case, don't try to tell that to the support staff. You need to be able to show what was said is not a history and it was a slip up on your end after having a bad day in league. Again, 99% of the time they will maintain that the action taken against you is within the rights of riot.
