for the record, this is not a joke. I got 4 man shittalked for 20 minutes and riot suspended me for it. I didn't use fowl language. I tried my best to win the game. System works great, totally. This game is great, the community/ban system is so bad it's not worth playing anyway.

Riot does not care who started it. Riot only cares if you were toxic or not, because it doesn't matter who started it. You have a mute button and a report button. That's your "defense" if you're being flamed/shittalked.

You clearly had to have done something for the system to have punished you, and you've clearly had issues in the past. If you were as innocent as you claim, it wouldn't just jump to a 14 day ban. Furthermore, the system looks for language when a game has been flagged by a report. If it finds offensive language that fits in with the report filed against you, it then issues a punishment. Therefore, if haven't said anything the entire game, and 4 people report you, the system won't punish you because it doesn't have evidence. But if you have said something offensive, and you get reported, it will flag you and issue punishment if you've had enough games with valid reports against you.
I have to agree , pubgs looking better every single day, literally more viewers, more competitive, and you can actually say things without worrying about offending some pre-teen weeabo who needs a safe space.
Other people being toxic isn't justification for being toxic yourself, if you had defended yourself as you said then you would have muted them, reported them at the end of the game, not told them you were muting/reporting them, and then moved on with your life.
What you seem to have done is counterattacked, which is still being on the offensive.
That which can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.
