i dont get any real answers on where i go to get un unperma banned?

so please just give me a link to someone i can talk to and also i think reporting is very un fair and sometimes just a stupid idea because after a while ppl will get bored of just inting for no reason and i dont see the point in reporting for toxicity unless their true words and not just randomly shouting things that wouldnt hurt anybody unless you take a fence to ever thing anyone says. and its a computer thing not manual so anybody body could report anybody for no reason and no one somebody has to look at the report thing. so all in all you riot ppl should just revamp or scrap the report system because it does to much harm more then it heals. because i know you guys arnt ganna be like when your playing a game all a sudden right a poem to people on how they should treat others no your going to say something along the lines of hay stop or dude fuk u why are you feeding?. unless your not human and have no emotion called anger then cool congrats your a robit. hope i didn't afend any riot personal because from my view point ever thing looks fine except for the spelling.
