I BELIEVE RIOT OWES ME ALL THE MONEY I'VE INVESTED INTO MY PERMANENTLY BANNED ACCOUNT, EVER SINCE MISS FORTUNE'S CHAMPION SPOTLIGHT.

                   I was permanently banned for lame reasons. I was even sent an old chat log from an old game I had already forgotten about. Why would you ban anyone when some players report them and send you a chat log that only has you talking in it, as if I was talking to myself. Players in the other team were being negative too; but you don't see that in the chat-log. You only see what I typed, and that makes me wonder as to how Riot regulates. So you're telling me that players who report, pretty much edit everything in the chat-log and only post what the reported player is typing?, because if you are banning players by that simple reason, you really do not know what is going on in the game. Ok, yeah, I get angry, so what?, am I being racist in any way?, am I threatening to kill anyone?, No I'm simply expressing a little anger, that I don't even take home with me. I'm just a little pissed that's all, big fucking deal. You guys take these reports the wrong way. You don't even know what really goes on in the games. You got players who are given good advice and get angry simply for that reason, because they are getting advice, then in game they start to feed and want to rage quit. I don't even bother to report those types of players. Why would you want to rage quit in a rank game, where people are trying to rank up. Stick to normal games if you haven't learned the basics. It really is a waste of time for players who actually know what they are doing and have to try and carry these noobs. What?, you're going to permanently ban me because I used the word noob?, get the hell out of here with that bullshit. These rage quitters don't even try to win games, they simply get angry in a game and want to forfeit at 20 minutes into the game, when I'm there, still trying to make comebacks. That shit pisses me off man, what the hell is wrong with this system of regulation?. Is the system automatic, or are there actually people reading through these bullshit reports. Because they're not doing a very good job if you ask me. 

                   Those rage quitters who don't even try to make comebacks in a game, are the ones who report the good players who are actually trying to win, if you haven't notice yet. The players who are actually trying to win these ranked games get reported, Why?, because they're expressing a little anger?. Give me a break Riot, you know that's ridiculous. I bought so many fucking skins in that account, to get permanently banned is like a smack to the face by Riot, telling you to your face " we don't care about how much money you spent in our game". You guys at Riot get these reports and just go with it as if you knew what actually happens in these rank games. You don't even know!; but I'll tell you what happens: These raging noobs, with no basic knowledge of the game, go into these rank games and if they don't like what they have to read from a player who is actually trying to help them, these noobs go ahead and take advantage of this behavioral regulation system, the wrong way, and get good players permanently banned.

                    You guys are permanently banning players who are actually trying to win the games and rank up. Does Riot even look at the score-board before banning anyone?, because my scores are pretty positive, if you look at them closely, pay attention, would you Riot?, pay attention TO THE SCORE BOARD. You are banning good players because bad players, who enter rank without basic knowledge of the game continue to report, because they got angry about a good player who gave them good advice... What you don't see is that these bad players who are actually the ones reporting, are reporting out of spite, because they know they fed the whole game, they know that if they had taken the good advice given by the player who actually knows what he/she is doing, they would have contributed to their team in a much productive way, increasing the chances to win the game; but noooooo, permanently ban the good players who are just a little pissed. So what?, I like to talk, you guys are going to permanently ban anyone who decides to share just a little anger. You guys need to learn a little thing about right and wrong. Riot's system of behavioral regulation is flawed. Cry me a river, I've been playing this game since Miss Fortune's champion spotlight, and Riot is going to permanently ban me now?. I used to say worst things before, I've actually learned to suppress that nature as I grew older and wiser playing this game. Riot's system of regulation is ridiculous.

You were given three warnings prior to your permanent ban. Clearly, you didn't heed the warning.

You are owed nothing. All financial transactions are final and non-refundable. Not even the courts could get you your money back.

The chat logs contained YOUR chat showing you what you were punished for. What the other team members said or didn't say is not relevant since it was YOUR behavior being judged. That is why the logs contain only your input.

What do you mean "Riot doesn't even know?" Riot can see the entire game in more minute detail then you could imagine.

I think that's enough. You won't get your account back. The sad part is that you will simply make another and repeat your bad behavior again.

You do not own your account or anything on it. You agreed to that when you made the account. They owe you nothing nor do we need toxicness to begin with.

There is no point for Riot to include the chat logs of the other players as it has no impact on your suspension. You are banned for what you typed in chat, that is why you can only see your chat logs. It is perfectly possible that other players that were in the match have been banned for their actions but that is not your concern. Your only concern should be mitigating the negative attitude or toxic behavior that you exhibit in your matches.

It is important to remember that the decision to respond to harassment or to harass other players is yours and yours alone. Responding, even if it is just to defend yourself is never a good strategy. The best way to deal with ragers and trolls is to mute and report once the game is over. It is also important to remember that Riot views requesting reports for a particular player unacceptable behavior. Remember that it is not the number of reports a player receives but how frequently they get reported in their games. Therefore one report will suffice and you don't have to worry about a player getting away with something due to the rest of the team not reporting him.

Also, punishments such as suspensions, chat restrictions, and perma bans are not automatically handed out by a system. Frequent reports flag an account for review and if punishment is required it is handed down manually. Therefore it is impossible to be banned by false reports provided that you actually did nothing that violated riots terms.

In regards to the issue of money spent on the game, it is widely known that Terms and Agreement clearly state that Riot has the right to terminate accounts for any reason without reimbursing the player. Players must agree to these terms in order to create an account, and they are also included every time the game is patched.

You will be the single person to get the entire community to "agree" that RIOT's behavioral Regulation is flawed and that somehow that means we shouldn't have it... Your glory will be eternal and you shall inherit the internet...

Reality is that we want the system. The system has not only checks and double checks but it has an appeals process. It's not perfect. It might have flaws. But let's be honest. You and 99.9% of the people who post these rank piles of undulating feces and pretend it's a gold nugget are just absolutely kidding yourselves. You got banned, RIOT owes you NOTHING. You don't join a club, pay for things that ONLY apply when you're a club member, get kicked out cause your a complete @sshole and then get the money back. It doesn't work like that. Welcome to Life.

I thought this was going to be a thread just talking about Riot's system. Then saw the downvotes and it starts with "I was banned, I did nothing wrong" But shows in the thread how bad he is.

No. the problem is that Riot take this sht way too serious. A FCKING GAME yet try so much to compete with the nature of men, Riot think that they are " Saint" " they believed that they are J*sus Christ" who don't rage, harass etc... " they think that they are (Mr. perfect)" but in fact its the opposite. they are so full of themselves just because alot of people play it, but they don't actually know that the stat that shown people played, should divide into 3/ because I am sure each and everyone of us have more than 2 account. since there alot of people play, they tend to cut people off, they don't care anymore. it is like " it ok we don't need them anymore we have majority of other player", well keep this though in mind to those who followed blindly to the system, they will cut you off too.

Small point here. You don't 'buy' skins, you unlock them. They word it this way because at the end of the day you don't even own the account you have, it all belongs to riot. You just pay for the privilege to use the skins or whatever else you pay for. Riot doesn't even NEED a reason to ban you, they just choose to give warnings and such cause some people learn from them. TL;DR you technically own nothing on the account you have access to.
