To heavy of a ban
I got Perma-Banned today out of no where yes I was really toxic but a perma ban is a bit to much i never recieved eny warning I said some horrible stuff in chat but i don't think i should recieve a perma ban

Your case was definitely a direct perma-ban with no prior warnings, and I believe it should stand as such. The content of your chat was completely unacceptable.
If you post your chat logs, and the majority of the community feels it should be reduced, then I will have that conversation with you. But, I personally believe it should stand.
Punishment tiers go 10/25 game chatrestriction 14 day ban and then perma. if you want to dicuss the ban post the full chatlogs here.

They can skip the 10 and 25 if it's really bad, but you should've still had a 14 day or did you not mention that?
The worst thing about this is that you're aware you've said "some horrible stuff" to other people in this game, but you want to downplay it. Specially because you didn't bother to post chat logs, I'm pretty sure you're aware it's quite damning.
You aren't playing with NPCs or something of the sort but other people just like you, and nobody is obligated to put up with yours or anyone else's shit.
