I got banned for using 3rd party programs!?!?!

RIOT TANTRAM PLEASE LOOK IF YOU SEE THIS I was checking my email when I saw that I got banned for 3rd party programs. I am so confused I have never used anything like these before I don't know what to say or do. I submitted a dispute but I'm just scared they are going to say bans are irreversible or something. I don't know but I spent $50 and a lot of time on my account I'm so sad and so scared. Does anyone know why this is happening to me? please help me D: EDIT: I have never shared my account either

Do you have anything that interacts with the League client?

I'm trying my best to help you out. Kinda doing a process of elimination. But I can only help so much.

I really appreciate you trying to help me (just in case it didn't seem like that) the only program I have ever used was a little AHK script to make the enter key not do anything. I would use this in frustrating games to avoid conflicts in chat. Ill post the entire script below: "#ifwinactive League of Legends (TM) Client *Enter::return *NumpadEnter::return"

Sadly riot will not provide you with proof so you are fucked and your account is gone , you can try arguing with riot support but i dont think it will help :(

they are not robots they are people that do not give a fuck about their job ( also they get hunddreds of tickets every day cant blame them to use pre written responses in most cases ) just keep asking them and force them to respond to your case not the general way. I know its unfair , but i dont know how i can help you someone suggested that you should try to contact rioter and this might be a good idea keep posting to riot support and keep posting under Riot Tantrum responses and maybe he will find time to look at your case. Either way good luck you will need it

They use pre set responses that they change to suit the given issue as mentioned they get hundreds of claims aday(most of which can be solved with the same statement) Hence why i said find one of the active Rioters instead of support ticket only

To be clear You've not applied modded files to your software Skin overlays Sound overlays Map zooms etc you've only ever played on the base game 100% Maybe call in riot trantrum, if the support ticket doesnt work wonders

..... scripting, may of triggered the system. Riot Tantrum is a rioter that can work with you, check the red posts find him, comment on his posts directing him towards your post, so he'll look at it(hopefully)(
