I got banned for using 3rd party programs!?!?!

RIOT TANTRAM PLEASE LOOK IF YOU SEE THIS I was checking my email when I saw that I got banned for 3rd party programs. I am so confused I have never used anything like these before I don't know what to say or do. I submitted a dispute but I'm just scared they are going to say bans are irreversible or something. I don't know but I spent $50 and a lot of time on my account I'm so sad and so scared. Does anyone know why this is happening to me? please help me D: EDIT: I have never shared my account either

To be clear You've not applied modded files to your software Skin overlays Sound overlays Map zooms etc you've only ever played on the base game 100% Maybe call in riot trantrum, if the support ticket doesnt work wonders

i just got banned for no reason as well using 3rd party programs which i never did :(
