As title, I got perma banned for no clear reasons, i'm looling for an explaination.

Could you link your reform card? It would've been sent to you in an email, most likely, possibly in your junk or spam folders. I believe they are also present in the client now, but I don't recall off the top of my head whether or not that's currently active.
This isn't to sound rude but there are two options, one of them is that you're lying to yourself, and that you know what you were banned for, and the other is, it could be possibly a mistake that Riot did.
That's not something we can help with. You should put in a support ticket.
Seems your account was either bought or boosted. Since you went from Bronze to Plat. With so little overall games as a player to achieve it.
