It seems your idea of "talking shit" involves three racial slurs within 6 lines of conversation, which is strictly unacceptable. Casual, good-natured trash talk is all in good fun when everyone is okay with it. Tossing around course sexual language and hate speech is not okay under any circumstances.
If the only fun thing for you to do is behave in this manner, I would suggest picking up a different game or hobby.
In effect, League treats its chat environment like one might treat a fun neighborhood bar. Come in, relax, have fun, goof off, and sure -- curse a bit if you want. But the moment you start to harass other patrons or cause a scene, you're no longer welcome in the establishment.

I think calling people shit at the game should be allowed personally. Or saying get fucked should be ok. Or anything of that nature. It's not, but I personally think it should but it's not my decision so I have to abide by the rules lol. Anyways, your "trash talk" is calling people a highly offensive racial slur. Don't think this should be ok in any setting. There's a difference between talking shit, being an asshole, and just a racist shit. And you sir fall into the latter.
