I have played this game since near the beginning, Season 2 when I started. I have watched, played and enjoyed the evolution of the game. However, the people who play this game, have just gotten worse. The toxicity of the average player hasn't gotten ridiculous. Riot you need a better way to monitor the chat, trolling, and just plain feeding that occurs. It is ruining your game. I play this game less and less cause I don't want to deal with the people. I'm sure others agree.
Too many smug self-entitled brats who go around acting like they are all the best player on league. They will tell you how great they are, then tell you how complete garbage you are because you dont build what they build or play how they play. They will demand you do what they say or beat you over the head with reports of "trolling" or "Feeding" Meanwhile they dont care to understand the difference between being OUTPLAYED and INTENTIONALLY feeding.
Running down Mid screaming "free kills mid" = Intentional feeding Fighting hard against an enemy while throwing all your best moves at them, ultimately unsuccessful though = Outplayed.
But to alot of these egotists

basically the community is too busy patting themselves on the back to give a care about ANYONE other than themselves.
Agreed, I want more from the behavior monitoring and punishment system too.
On the upside, Riot is implementing some changes that should make int-feeder detection better. So here's hoping that helps!

I don't mind the flame so much if it's not too terrible. It's the result of the flame: the feeding, the afking, and the "Ill show you" attitude that makes the game so boring. It's like damn, even your own teammates want to lose.

This is what happens when a game thats based on pure team play that has Lazy Chat System and intergrated a Mute All command instead of just implimenting a Chat Spam Filter for Team Chat.
With headphones you can mute or unplug the headset, but i can understand a Few Pings to objectives, and a few sentences calling out a Good or Bad Play, toxic as the Bad Play callouts are,
obviously the chat box dosent need to get filled for the next 1-2minutes of hate spam THAT A FILTER WOULD KNOW IS CLEARLY TOXIC JUNK IN CHAT. if any player or entire teams sends a chat and number equals more than 2 sentences for player , it should produce a Spam Warning and log the event/s
When said spam voilates the chat enough they will be chat suspended and / or auto Report Filed. This is a common chat system in MOST chat oriented games, and whole heartly agree with a chat rework that needs to happen.
But dont waste your breathe trying to piont fingures. Everyone needs to learn to** PUMP YOUR BRAKES** sometime. If finding that qoute difficult or cant handle typing /MUTE ALL at the begining of a match. Your playing this game wrong.
