permanently suspended?

so riot is accusing me of cheating by using exploits hacks etc but the thing is i don't know how they work there propose or how to use them and its really annoying i spent a lot of time and money on this account and riot just takes it away i don't know any programs or cheat engines for league man i didn't even know league was able to be hacked I'm on mac and i doubt that cheating programs are available for mac i wanted to download wtfast however it was only for pc i don't know even know when i cheated i was just in queue and out of nowhere account permanently suspended is it possible that i may have found a bug or glitch without knowing and if that is the case do i really deserve to be banned for life i feel like tyrian lannister when he was accused of murdering joffrey everyone (riot) believes he did it but the only person that really knows the truth is tyrian (me)

Accounts suspended due to exploits MIGHT be capable of being cleared if you submit a support request and explain you have no idea why your account was suspended and you've never used software.

I know that some people have been banned for macro's that are typically allowed in other games but are not allowed here. For example: I use a Naga Hex gaming mouse. It has the ability to map macro's onto the mouse and if I do that in any way that RIOT thinks is creating spam or giving me an unfair advantage then they would ban me. So I don't do this, but I know people who have had to go through support because of this issue. It might be your case that your peripheral device is doing something you don't even know it does or that it's against the rules. Try the support ticket and the post. Should help.
