Something needs done with the IFS, even if its handling more cases with human beings.

Look at this video. Are you telling me this person does not deserve to be banned? Look at the comments. I am not alone with the problems I brought up to you about how you are handling trolls/bans. It feels wrong that you are banning the accounts of the people being trolled, and the trolls themselves are free to continue wrecking other players games. You punished me on a "more than questionable" decision, Which is fine, my personal ban is already served, and over. But the PROBLEM I brought up when my ban occurred is not even being addressed, even as more and more players come forward experiencing the same issues/problems I did.
