so i got perma banned and i do not feel like i deserve it

its been over a year i recieved any other restrections on my account and i do not recall flaming any other games since i always play premade normal games Yes this was in a normal game i just feel like a permanent ban is too much.. i would gladly recieve a 1 month play restrection instead of a permanent ban

Using hate speech is obviously something that is never going to fly, but you are negative with your team throughout this chat (flaming Nami, saying the game is over, etc.).

If we take you at your word about the length of time from your last ban, this still makes sense due to the inclusion of hate speech. But the rest of your chat is what has me convinced that you didn't learn from your last warnings. If you pursue playing with a new account, be nice to the other players in your game. Cursing out your team, threatening to afk, and berating your team for wanting to play it out would still be punishable if the hate speech weren't there.

Permanent ban means you've already had your chance. So yeah, deserves a perma.

"%%%%%"s are always troubling in logs. These boards are pretty lenient with normal curse words like "fuck", so seeing something get censored in that fashion implies that it's some variation of hate speech. If so, yeah, pretty clear ban here.

So im guessing you had a 14 day ban before. After that one you are on thin ice for quite a long time. Your behaviour at the beginning is ok. At the end it gets really bad, especially towards the nami. You can try to repeal it at the support, but be aware that i doubt your chances.
