Account also hacked (14 day Ban)

I just saw a post of someone getting a 14 day ban on their account because someone has hacked it or what not. My account wont let me chance my password because this person has access to an old email that was supposedly deleted years ago. Unlike the other post i can't post the chat log that got me banned because of its language and use of my personal information spouting off the information he knows off my account. My account needs a complete freeze and an email change right now and not a week from now when they can possibly get more information out of my account. Riot needs a better support team instead of having to open a ticket and wait days maybe even a week before i get a reply on an issue that is pretty serious. On a further note any tickets I open up trying to get this resolved they respond in those tickets as well trying to act as the main account holder and to ignore my ticket. If anyone knows a way to fix this issue quicker i would greatly appreciate any help i can get
