Reports won't hurt you unless they are valid, so if you've done nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about from false reports. If you are saying you were punished, then your reform card should give you more information on what the ban was for. If you received chat logs you can post them here for us to possibly explain what may have resulted in the punishment.
If you want to contest your punishment (if you were) or just get more info, submit a Support Ticket.
