is there any way i can report a player after i leave the after game lobby or screen??

as you can see i wanna report that darius in my game.... you might be saying he is your friend why would you do that..... well if everyone is not gonna report his friend the community will stay like this and this is not his first time doing this and i forgot to report him many times
