we need pre game reporting options because these two guys where trolling in draft and no one wanted to play with them 6 ques ok 6 ques! and the last time was me because not only did they ban the champs the team had previewed to play the also picked the only one they didn't ban! RIOT the community is getting more and more toxic I am becoming very very disappointed with this game. constant bugs not letting people play things they like (I in fact am one of the people who can't play kha with the skin they like at the moment because of your bug which has been like a week now?) It is getting old and I am getting very sick of spending that much time waiting to get into a sometimes 50 minute game when I only have an hour or two to spend to free time. I really am close to hanging it up with your game RIOT you claimed 2018 was going to be a lot of things so far it has been nothing but toxic and a giant waist of a lot of our time.

And what would this report in pregame do? Would it disperse the lobby? If not, people still have to play. If it does then you have a new tool that can be used and abused.
