You can't deny that this system is unfair towards players that get tilted off their team mates and have the human reaction to get annoyed, people just have triggers and riot bans them for being human. Bruh.

The system doesn't have to be fair towards people who get "tilted" and become toxic themselves.

The system is in place to prevent toxicity...ALL TOXICITY.

Do you think I don't get toxic morons in my games? But I do what a grown up does: I mute them, report them afterwards, and laugh privately when they get banned.

Did u read chat log? His very first sentence was threat to report xin for obviously failed gank. it was never against rules to fail gank, its not reportable offense and OP obviously started with threats just to be toxic. Then he lost lane and blamed Xin, then he blamed Xin again and threatened with reports for not ganking (which again is not reportable). Then he kept threatening and Xin obviously warned him that he is being toxic. OP is just one of those players who cant accept fact that he was beaten on lane due to his own incompetence and in order to feel better about himself he decided to abuse his jungler. He got punished for it and it was deserved

Uh it is allowed if you do it respectfully, and at the end of the day it is a game... a game that's meant to be fair and fun for all and in good nature. Flaming and toxic behaviour goes against the very definition the rules/code of this game

Basically, when i asked for gank he immediately said kys, i will fuck up your lane and I wont gank, his premade defending him all the time, etc.

He could have pressed the mute button or said something else. Better yet, he could have said nothing at all and focused more on the game. Junglers not ganking shouldn't be a new phenomenon... and if you're getting camped it means the other side of the map is open and it should be encouraged to solidify objectives on that side of the map

If someone behaves toxic, he gets punished, period.

This is not Kindergarten..."he started it first!!!" doesn't count, and neither does "but he hit me first so I HAD to punch him back!!!!".

This is the grown up world.

People here can be reasonably expected to keep their cool, even when facing morons in chat. If someone is toxic in chat and tries to "tilt"his teammates, mute that person and report him afterwards.

If instead someone replies to him in kind, BOTH get punished for toxicity.
