Having terrible experiences with high "Honor" players

About all of the Honor level 4+ players I've met in my own team have been the most terrible to team with.

I'm not exaggerating, each of them had an unbearable toxic behavior spacing from constantly dieing for diving alone in 4-5 enemies, ignoring any team mate call or to help, rarely pinging about anything that isn't "???" spam, replying with butthurt text at any question made to them and ultimately insulting ppl who ask their premade to behave.

What comes out is that high "Honor" level players are just ppl who team with their friends spamming honor to eachother. These kind of ppl make me wish to have the old Honor initiative back, at least ribbons weren't so flashy and didn't mean much in terms of actual player behavior.

It's not about premades. It's about people honoring others for carrying, which is not what it's supposed to be about.

Friendship honors don't count though.

Don't need to be premade. Honors are gained passively, whether you are specifically honored or not, simply by playing games. Most high honor people are just people who played a lot of games without being punished. You can climb to honor 5 without ever being honored a single time. It just take a very, very long time.

People just need to not put too much expectations on honor 4-5 people is all. Just think of the new honor system as a personal random free key frag system and you won't be so whiny about high honor people.
