Why did i not receive a temp ban

I was recently perma banned from league for being toxic and I understand that is 100% my fault. However I also know that people get temp bans before ever getting a perma ban and I was wondering why I did not get a temp ban first. I was banned because of one game that I played and I was toxic in the chat. I have only gotten one 10 game chat ban as a warning. I was just wondering if there was a reason that I was flat out banned because of one game. I understand that Riot also believes that all people have bad days, and this was one of those days for me. And i know just because i woke up on the wrong side of the bed gives me no excuse to be toxic and ruin the game for everyone else. And i fell that the lose of my account that i have been playing on for so long was really made me realize that being toxic is just dumb. it does nothing but make the game less fun for everyone else. It depends on your behavior. You can post your chat logs here for us to go over, but the only way to contest your ban is to submit a Support Ticket.

Depends on how harsh of an impact your bad day had in the chat logs.

I'm having issues in ranked right now, almost getting demoted from silver, on a hugeee losing streak from lack of player cooperation. But I haven't even thought of telling anyone to kill themselves or uninstall because if they fed on accident it's super frustrating, and yea I'll nag at them and be mean, but not THAT mean. I also recently have been experiencing trolls in my games, like, legitimate trolls trying to lose. One thing you need to learn, if you ever want to play an online game, is to report. Use the act of reporting as a crutch to keep yourself from getting into something vulgar. So a veigar ragequits after his second death and we lose. He comes back and sells all his items and runs around. I'm mad about him trying to lose, but I don't really talk to him. I don't feed the troll. Instead I cry about it on the boards and people downvote me into oblivion and tell me l2p. But I don't get banned. It's a nice crutch.
