Perma Banned for no reason

Just wondering if anyone had the same issue as me. My account got perma ban for no reason. Never used any third-party program. Recently I am traveling outside of the U.S., so I am using a VPN service, simply because I get better pings (200-210) instead of something like (250-260), but a VPN should not violate Terms of use or Summoner's code. After using it for just a game, several hours later, I got a perma ban email. As a result, I submitted a ticket to Riot Games support. But the support guy/girl doesn't seem to care and just send an automated reply. (I was like WHAT? Is this how you treat people who are honest and not cheaters?) Has anyone ever been in a similar situation, and was able to get the perma ban off (since we're not using any bot, hack, etc that violates Summoner's code or Terms of use)? or at least grab the support's attention and get them to understand the situation and review the case? It's just really OUT of the BLUE & UNFAIR.
