IS trolling in flex really okay? is are you going to let it pass cuz people will que as 3 and no one will report besides you, as they continue to ruin other peoples games

One report counts as many as nine reports. If players are consistently ruining people's game they will be penalized. But just because someone isn't playing by their standards or playing the champion they think they should for their roles, doesn't always mean they're trolling.
1 report is all that is needed to queue the game for review.
That said, trolling is mainly a manual function right now, and they are pretty back logged right now.
It may take up to 2 weeks before they review the game.
Its honestly sad that most people look at it as Draft Pick 2.0 and then go on to ruin games for those who actually want to climb in it because "iTs jUsT fLeX, iTs nOt eVeN a ReAl rAnKeD qUeuE". If you can get end season rewards from it, then it is just as important as soloq.
