IS trolling in flex really okay? is are you going to let it pass cuz people will que as 3 and no one will report besides you, as they continue to ruin other peoples games

One report counts as many as nine reports. If players are consistently ruining people's game they will be penalized. But just because someone isn't playing by their standards or playing the champion they think they should for their roles, doesn't always mean they're trolling.

1 report is all that is needed to queue the game for review.

That said, trolling is mainly a manual function right now, and they are pretty back logged right now.

It may take up to 2 weeks before they review the game.

1 report only applies to people who chat. Riot doesn't have an AI report system that can determine what is troll and what is feed. Otherwise the 0-15-2 Singed who continuously has 3 enemy top chasing him while he takes inhibitors by himself and towers himself is not troll. Sure his score seems to be "feeding" but that's a typical singed who is carrying the game.

So no, 1 report doesn't necessarily always apply. Mainly towards flaming/verbal abuse, etcs.

1 report is all it takes for review.

That review can happen much later down the road.

More reports within the game made lead to a more decisive decision on whether a player needs to be punished after being manually reviewed.

But more reports within the same game doesn't mean someone will get punished faster.

Its honestly sad that most people look at it as Draft Pick 2.0 and then go on to ruin games for those who actually want to climb in it because "iTs jUsT fLeX, iTs nOt eVeN a ReAl rAnKeD qUeuE". If you can get end season rewards from it, then it is just as important as soloq.

by that logic than any queue is not important for anyone not honor 2 because its impossible to get to honor 2 from 1 so half the community shouldnt care about ranked

Doesnt half the community already not care about ranked? Even in normals you shouldnt ruin the experience of others trying to have fun and win. Flex is still a ranked queue that should be taken seriously for those that actually want to climb in it. You shouldnt first time, or troll, or anything of the sort in it, the same will go for normals too.
