Trolls and Intentional Feeders

I don't understand why people that are toxic get reported and inevitably get perma banned. I am stating this point from a toxic players perspective of course but I am not this way in any other game, only in league of legends. Yet they only game that I am toxic on I get reported and perma banned for getting mad at trolls that don't help the team or intentional feeders that go into 1v5's when they have already died multiple times. Clearly seeing this it is hard for some people to keep their cool. Especially for me when I constantly play with my friends that are in platinum and diamond and consistently perform at their level going aginst other platinums and diamonds that are on the opposing team. Getting back on topic I am a very nice person behind the key board but when I am given the power to criticize people behind their keyboards I take the opportunity and I regret this deeply. I do not mean to make anyone feel bad about themselves because now that I look at it, it is a form of cyber bullying. I am not a bully in real life and don't want to be looked at as a cyber bully on the internet for not masking my emotions that get to me. Maybe the reason why I get so heated is because I am Bronze IV and believe with all my intentions that I don't deserve that rank. My main account is perma banned because of this reason, I have spent tons of money on this game and enjoyed tons of hours of gameplay. I hope that I express the way most people feel about this subject. But I feel that people that ruin the game by making people like me rage should get a long ban for trolling and intentional feeding they are dragging us down while we are trying to climb the ranks of the rift.
