improve the banning system plz

alright, so recently i got chat restricted for 9 games for no raison!!! i don't type any bad words...also i don't harrase any players ...also i don't flame ..insted i'm the one who get flamed.......the one who get trolled and inted every single game .
there was a game when i was the midlaner ...my adc was afk for about 10 min ...my jungler walks into my lane and gave the enemy a kill ..why the enemy jungler was doing hard work .(ganking and getting the objectifs) so i typed in the chat (usless jungler) that's all .
got chat restricted - i was about to get honor lvl 4 ..now i lost all my rewards . so insted of banning the players who cost you the game by feeding and trolling ...u banne someone lilke me ?????????? i ddin't even typed something like ( kys or the n-word or called someone with a really aggressive words) why ?? i just want to know why ??
