Glad you wanna stop! :D

A question tho: whats making you toxic?

Some Basic suggestions:

  1. /mute all (you cant be toxic if you have nothing to be toxic towards)

  2. This might sound cucky, but try removing the enter key from your keyboared.

  3. Something that I find helpful: Whenever i die to something stupid or get mad, i just grab my tibbers and hug him until im not mad anymore.

  4. Deep breaths.

  5. Dont be so reactive to stuff. Like if someone flames you think about what your going to say for like half a second before you actually say it.

  6. i could be more helpful if i actually knew what was making you toxic

It's not that hard.

  1. Every time you think you should type something in chat... don't.
  2. Literally never. Type. Anything. In. Chat. Even if it's nice. Just don't bc if you're toxic by nature it will only lead to the inevitable.
  3. Disable /all chat. Seeing what the enemy is saying does nothing but distract you/tempt you to act like the toxic jerk you are.
  4. During champ select, message the following: "In the interest of avoiding negative chat in league of legends, I mute all in game. I will still use and respond to pings and am confident we can work together as a team."
  5. Then actually mute everyone on your team.

Do this until you calm the f down, realize it's only a game, and that the things you say to other people when you throw fits are atrocious and unacceptable. Do this until you no longer have the desire to say terrible things to strangers just because things don't go the way you want in a video game. And if you never rid yourself of these urges, the good news is you can continue doing this and it will increase your chances of not being toxic forever.

have a bath or shower if you're tilted after a game. try beating the meat too, but that will make you too calm potentially and not have as much reaction time. but what really works is just assuming no matter what you discuss with people they wont understand 90% so just accept that they are twats and ignore them for the most part.

  1. don't play when tilted
  2. don't talk when you've died. sure you got time to kill but /all chatting why you died is bound to make them focus you more as the weak link. I'm a bit guilty of the second one from time to time.

It's not that hard... just strive to be nice to your teammates.

If mute all doesn't work, try playing less stressful modes, like bots, aram, RGM and Aram. You can also minimize the chat box.

Best of luck!

Try to gain some confidence in yourself and get rid of your insecurities the best you can. Then you will not feel the need to bicker with people over a video game. You won't feel the need to blame anyone, because you don't care what they think. You will find yourself not caring about petty video game problems and the idea of insulting or arguing with strangers will sound like a complete waste of energy that you don't need because you're content with yourself and don't care what other people think, which in turn will bring to my mind that maybe these people don't care what you think either.

You can't. Keep toxic, but control you hands, not to beat yourself or your PC. I flame hard when people do not surrender when it needs to.
