So how exactly would people go about submitting a ticket for someone who's given a role in draft but decides to go somewhere else? Like if you got ADC and first pick got jg but he goes adc and forces you to jg?

You had secondary roles, yes the new CS actually assigns it. However it does not mean you have to follow it, this is what intent is for.
Its a guide line, there will be arguements from players that the placing is Law, there will be those who dont like it, this is an ever expanding tide of nonsense. you want to know what you do? you report them, and say exactly what you just wrote in the Boards [slayer-jinx-unamused]
