Riot, dodging is not an entirely a bad thing

Ok, I am going to keep my hopes up that Riot-er is going to see this and actually consider this being a feature in the future.

I HATE instalockers, trolls, anything that can piss a normal player off in the champ selection. I am suggesting a voting system for dodging the champ select WITHOUT PENALTY. These guys I mentioned earlier are going to ruin the game for the whole team, and worse thing about it, you have to spend a whole hour at most with these people. This is how the voting system is going to work (or how I hope it turns out), the person hoping to dodge will tell everyone if that person can dodge without penalty (queue timers) and if at least 3 people agree everyone will be taken out and all ends well. Again this is a suggestion and I really hope this will be a feature in the future.

you will make it impossible to take off-meta champs or to be counter picked.

it would result in a huge queue time increase

and "this guy only wins 33% of his games with yi. everyone vote dodge"

premades will abuse this.

1 premade did not get his preferred position, he chooses to dodge, his 3 premades agree. the solo player who had the position because he called first or had it assigned to him has now been bullied out of his position. repeat all over again until the premades get what they want and none of them has to ever play support. all solo players are now automatically support.

premades already make this game hell for solo players.

I don't think it's a bad idea but have a hard time visualizing how it would be workable without becoming something summoners would start abusing.

There was a point in time when there wasn't any penalty for dodging, que times (in bronze) took well over 45 minutes. Sure it would be nice, but then no one would ever get into a game.

As someone who plays off meta on a daily basis... This is dangerous for me. I don't troll, but my picks may be considered trolly enough for people to just dodge. In fact... People dodge a lot anyway.
