Toxic duo

I just got out of a game with the most toxic duo i have ever played with. i have been playing for a few years and am currently a gold level player. i played this game just to try and get out of my funk, so naturally i played in norms. these players made me want to give up league all together. i reported them both, but is there any way i can get a priority queue with people who have not been reported for verbal abuse or hate speach?
