So why doesn't Dom get banned?

Dom consistently shows examples of toxicity, he shames teammates of their low rank, blames teammates and points out their every mistake, spam pings players, tells them they're wrong, and he does all of this in the chat. So why doesn't he get banned?

To be punished requires to be reported. There is a decent chance that players in his games are simply not reporting him. Especially in higher elos but sometimes in lower ones, players get away with more because the community accepts more and doesn't report them for it.

Toxicity is subjective.

You only get to see one side of it because he acts up for the camera and viewers. However if you didn't know who it was in game and purely went from chat logs, as long as he isnt actually saying anything ban worthy, then there is no issue. EVERYONE spam pings, heck I spam ping myself when I fuck up. It's not toxic. Also it's fine to tell someone they are wrong.

He's not harrassing, insulting, cursing, telling them to harm themselves or kill themselves.

i find it extremely sad how people are taking Dom's side knowing god damn well he's toxic. He doesnt just "call out mistakes" if he ends up making a mistake he blames the team. If he loses lane cuz of his misplays, he blames teammates. He flames whenever he gets a chance to and RARELY calls out his own mistakes. Lets also not forget how he tries to get people videos banned on youtube if they use one small clip from his stream. Yeah, Dom's not "toxic" [slayer-jinx-unamused]

edit: downvote me all you fucking want :) theres videos of him doing so. Stay in denial.

Trolls abuse the report system. Riot pretends it doesn't happen.

So a couple of questions that need to be answered:

  1. Are the people he's playing against reporting him? No report no review for toxicity
  2. Is he playing on alt accounts to spread out the toxicity?
  3. Is he playing alot of games to water down the toxicity?
  4. Is he just saying the toxic stuff and not typing it ingame?
  5. Is he getting close to the threshhold of getting punished, but just haven't been punished yet?

I can tell you that alot of high ELO people don't report others, which is one of the main reasons why it looks like that the high ELO people get away with toxicity.

This dude literally looks like the douche i would warn my kids about, just a pure 100% egotist.

The type of guy who cant go out cause he always ends up punched and doesnt know why.

He also points out his own mistakes. It isn't like he is rage typing all game anyway.

jesus christ this community is soft as baby shit. telling somebody that they're wrong isn't "toxic" unless you're one of those people that legitimately believe everybody should be allowed to roll around in their own delusions.

Hi! My name is Pac and I'm one of Doms friends. Even though he had bad moments you are not eligible for telling someone they are worthy of getting banned that is the purpose of the Riot Games Team. So if you want to complain go ahead but this thread is useless as others can already tell you. - Pac Time (N/A)

Well, I just saw QT call someone INGAME a dumb fuck 5 seconds ago and it wasn't even in response. They should all be banned if we are going to be this petty about it.

Dom is harsh, but not toxic. There's a difference
