Suspicious

So basically. I was playing on my account for about two years. Nothing strange happening and one day I just get randomly kicked out of my account with a message saying that my account was detected with suspicious actions and that I need to contact support team for further information. So I did. The support team member told me that my account is accused of suspicious actions aka something about it being used by another person or even being stolen(?). So they gave me bunch of questions which I answered all and they were all related to my account and who owns it aka me. So. One day later (yes one day) I get a reply FROM A DIFFERENT riot support team member that told me that my account is accused of SCRIPTING and BOTTING. Uh. I never used scripts or used bots. I to be honest don't even know what botting means. So that's pretty weird.

First I get accused of stealing an account by one person and later a different "rioter" responds to my case by accusing me of scripting. That is really suspicious. Because I legit have never scripted in my whole life - I mean I'm fricking bronze 1 if i was scripting I'd be a challenger by now! Plus I main support which is useless for scripting since I don't need to dodge anything nor farm.

I am really confused and feel like I was just some kind of a victim that was played a huge prank on.

I also messaged riot again asking for more information and maybe even proof but I doubt I will get a reply any time soon.
