Explain why I am permanently banned
Hey I just got out of a game with multiple toxic players who reported me. At least one of these players was actively griefing in game. Granted, my behaviour in these TWO games is not admirable to say the least, I don't believe these two games are enough to permanently ban a player who hasn't been issued a chat restriction or a minor suspension.

PS: One thing I've learned while leveling up a secondary account is just how many toxic smurfs there are. These players will knowingly abuse the report system and report people out of spite.
