Unskilledplayers in Ranked Games

I do not know how to start but this garbage game needs some radical fixes in the Ranked system. I got a perma ban in 6 accounts because of the same shit being Toxic during the game, and all my accounts banned between Gold 3 - Gold 1. but if we take a closer look and used our brains so we can see the main reason for this tragedy. Boosted players, Trollers, Unskilled players and finaly "BOOSTED E-GIRLS"(the most), These are the real reasons behind everythining, when they matched with you in a ranked game just ff@15 and don't waste your time playing this shitty game. So my point here is AS A RESULT FOR BEING MATCHED WITH ONE OF THESE PROBLEMS I WILL (100%) FLAME THEM EASLY, I can't hold this anymore, wasting my time and money on this trash game and after all you get banned because of some pigs. Because of the lack of surveillance and strict penalties for these groups, they will breed and destroy more games and of course the victim will be the one who is breathing out his anger because of these pigs. So the situation in this society can be described as Mountain Glacier Law Riot resolves the symptoms of the problem, the visible part of the mountain outside the surface of the water, neglecting the basis of the problem, which is the hidden part under water, so the main problem is Boosted players, Trollers, Unskilled players and Boosted E-Girls, but riot ignoreing this and fucosing on symptoms of the problem and trying to fix it from there and this is the biggest mistake.

So I hope to study the silly subject seriously and find a complete solution for all.
