Do INting bans reset like Toxic bans do ?

AFAIK when someone gets banned for flaming he first gets x amount of games of chat restriction ( I think the first one is 10 games but that doesn't matter ), and if that same player doesn't flame and "reforms" for a certain amount of time, his next ban wouldn't be the next step of flaming bans, which is normally 25 games of chat restriction ( I think). but it would also be 10 games chat restriction

so does it work the same way with INTing ? if someone gets banned for INTing he gets a 2 week ban first thing, then next step would be prema ban, but what if that player also "reforms" for a certain amount of time, would his next ban be a perma or would it also reset like the flaming bans and get another 2 week ban ?
