I don't let it get to me. Usually they are expressing some sort of frustration relating to their own inability to improve their game by saying such things.

Ever hear of the "noob champ" paradox? Take a look at a 3rd party webpage like http://champion.gg/ or http://www.leagueofgraphs.com/champions/winrates-by-xp . Then examine the improvement in winrate based on the number of games played on each champ. If a "noob champ" is a "faceroll" (as they say) and is so easy to play, then why is it that so many of these same champs show the biggest improvements in performance if you put the most time on them. (Of course, this begs the question: what does this say about the champs that have been nerfed into the ground? :) )

BTW, to make it more interesting, if you try the League of Graphs page, compare the winrates using the bronze+ and diamond+ tabs. ;)

It's generally said when you're reking them with your choice of champ which they don't approve for whatever reason.

Since those kind of players will never sit down and listen an explanation about what it truly means to be a "noob champ" and why most of the champs people slap those labels on are factually false when in reality most of the "high skill cap" champs are actually the ones qualified to be "noob champs", so you can only tell them this:

Just tell them that their supposed "high skill" champ is too hard for them anyways, and that at least you're not a showoff like them who doesn't recognise their lack of skill and insisting on overestimating themselves while sucking.

..........

Or you can just ignore them and leave them to their meaningless whine while you keep pounding their asses.

Saying "Noob champ" is actually very valid. I said it, and I can't say it anymore because muuh blocks and reports. What you don't get is this: People who say that are aware you're using a champion even a baby could use by staring at the window and drooling on the keyboard. "Huh, what!? YoU'Re CrAzY!"211!" Tell me how hard is it to hit someone with the grip of Blitz. No seriously, please, tell me. Does it take skill to press one button, aim, grab an opponent and get him into the middle of a full enemy force (ADC + Blitz + minions blocking path) and get a kill? No, it doesn't.
