Unable to report highly toxic player

Hello

I was just in a game with a Teemo player that shall remain un-named, but this user had quit the game within the first 60 seconds after Yi had killed him in top lane. Now this part sucks, but before he quit. He started yelling at the Yi player that he would DDOS his IP and Dox him, that he'd come to his house IRL and make him regret for "hacking".

This player later joined about 15 minutes into the match, assuming that we'd end up forfeiting the game (we didn't). Then continued on the same rant going on about these IRL threats he was going to do. Share IP's and addresses of the players online, Dox them, DDos them and then hack their computers online.

Despite whether or not any of this is true, this is by far the highest level of toxicity I've ever faced in the game. After the match was over, the game gave me the "Trying to reconnect" screen, so despite wanting to report this to riot, I was unable to do so.

I had then come onto Riots website in hopes of submitting a ticket for them to review the in-game chat logs. However, even that's not working. I'm clearly logged in, as I'm able to write out this message. But when I try opening up a ticket, it's asking me to log in.

So I have no idea how I can report this user?

Clearly you've already been hacked, rip my brutha.

In all seriousness I would just type up your report and hold onto it until the website stops throwing its tantrum.

Try logging out, then back in on that site. If that doesn't work, and if you use chrome, open the support site in an incognito window and log in there.

Sometimes even if logged in on the boards you need to log into the support site as well.
