Recently in one of my games, I had a premade with a twitch when I was support. Their mid, jungler, and bottom adc were a premade as they said so early in the game. Now my challenge to you is to review the game chat logs and tell me that he doesn't deserve a ban for that game alone.

Riot will not take action. They rely on their broken automated system. It doesn't cost them money to use it.
Is it me or is toxicity on the rise? I've seen the pop-up message for 'a person you reported has recently been disciplined' and yet people are still doing things like being verbally abusive and intentionally throwing games. I've heard that Blizzard's new MOBA doesn't tolerate any of that crap and there is no flaming whatsoever. They don't hide who is premade or not in the loading screen either. I wish Rito could be more like Blizzard :(
