Recently in one of my games, I had a premade with a twitch when I was support. Their mid, jungler, and bottom adc were a premade as they said so early in the game. Now my challenge to you is to review the game chat logs and tell me that he doesn't deserve a ban for that game alone.

I've seen the pop-up message for 'a person you reported has recently been disciplined' and yet people are still doing things like being verbally abusive and intentionally throwing games. I've heard that Blizzard's new MOBA doesn't tolerate any of that crap and there is no flaming whatsoever. They don't hide who is premade or not in the loading screen either. I wish Rito could be more like Blizzard :(

I do believe you are correct. I used to join matches and have good conversations, people played seriously but could still joke and have fun.
As of season 6, even excluding the people intentionally trying to get banned, toxicity seems to be the new meta.
And yes, Overwatch seems to be far better as far as not tolerating this crap. Riot (Tencent) only wants money. They're a very poorly run "company".

Don't wish for this. The matchmaking is already so broken.
Rank 1's vsing level 27s is real, and I mean that's just the bottom of the barrel. Hero's hasn't been around for a while and there are ALREADY definitive comps in the competitive scene.
There is no diversity, last I saw the comps were like Thrall, Zagara, Falstad, Rehgar and X.
That isn't any better than LoL.
