How to find fair games

Can someone please tell me how to play against other new people trying to learn this game? I tried normals, I tried custom games, I tried ranked. Always matched against people who have been playing way longer and flip out like crazy when I mess up cause i didn't know what a champ i havent seen before can do and stuff. Even tried leveling a separate account up to 30 so I could play other new people, but even at summoner levels 1-5, no one is new. It is just smurfs that flame you for being actually new.

Did I screw up a setting or something? I'm told I am about the worst player anyone in the game has ever seen, but the game matches me against gold players, sometimes a plat or two. Why is it doing this? How do i play against other bad people? It is incredibly hard to learn when you're playing against people so ridiculously more experienced than you, and the only feedback or advice anyone gives is 'kill yourself', 'uninstall', 'play better', etc. which is entirely unhelpful.

Is the right answer to just uninstall? Like the community just gets itself off on bullying newer players so much that it's impossible to learn? Is there a way to like, request Riot to lower me down to a league I actually belong in or something?

TBF 80% of the league community is bad compared to me, that doesn't mean I think I am better than them. Its a meteric(aka my ranking is above 80% of the current community)

I mean /muteall would solve your problems about the flamers.

In any online game, there will always be people telling you, that you are the problem on the team. There is not a single online game that has a new user friendly community.

Ex: new to raiding, you are scrublord king, wiping on trash Ex: new to moba, you are scrublord king dying to jungle Ex: new to shooter, you are scrublord king not using knife to pubstomp Ex: new to fighter, you are scrublord king not using the most complicated 15 step combo to 1 shot your opponent

All online games are like this, sorry

Suggestion: just play at your own pace, watch some streamers, some youtube about league gameplay and in no time you will understand about 90% of the game

the correct answer is indeed to uninstall, the new player experience is indeed excruciatingly terrible.

also seriously ask yourself why do you want to play against other bad people if you claim to be bad yourself and want to improve? are you just looking to stomp even newer players because that is not how you improve, you improve by challenging yourself and seeing if you can go toe to toe with better players then you use that knowledge to climb/win to their level. you aren't treating any of it as a learning experience if you simply just want to style on newbies.
