Had a bad game but damn, his bitching was tilting. Didn't say anything all game.

Can't find the place to report this in support so Im just gonna post this here. He said "kys", and if my friend who was playing with me in normals said that to ME jokingly and got banned, please make sure to ban this guy in some way or form. WIll provide details to Riot if needed.

Send it to Riot Support, it'll say in one of the section "Report a Player" and post the screenshot with his name on it.

I dont see it. I just see "Reporting a Player" and it sends me to this outdated page instructing me on how to report players in game

Riot Support -> Submit a request (on top the site) -> I want to report a malicious behavior, cheating, link.

Then write out what happened, then below the comment sections, it'll say place the name. Then say where it took place, in the game or on the board. Show that it took place ingame client. Then upload the screenshot.

Submit.

They don't ban manually trust me, reported over 100 players not a single punishment was given. They also they can't often take action manually and then they proceed to tell you to report the players in game even though the IFS system does not take after game chat or even pre game chat into consideration.
